Early on guests will be serenaded by piano accordion favourites. The singers mingle and rove to engage the audience in banter and fun. There are romantic songs perfect for your Valentine. Traditional songs like ‘Bouna Sera Signorina‘ and ‘Que Sera Sera‘ provide singalong opportunities. The stunning dance floor will entice couples and groups to showcase their moves. From waltzes and ballads to beguines and shuffles. Later on, experience popular upbeat songs including ‘Volare‘ and ‘Tintarella Di Luna‘. There are fun opportunities for group and conga line dancing, and the famous Tarantella dance!

On February 17th the chefs at The Grand Ballroom provide you with an authentic Italian three-course meal. Firstly, a home-style traditional pork and veal lasagna. Secondly, a tender pan-cooked chicken breast finished with white wine sauce, potato peperonata, and broccolini. Lastly, tiramisu for dessert. A coffee-flavored dessert made of ladyfinger biscuits dipped in coffee and Marsala. Layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and Mascarpone Cheese. Meanwhile, the vino, chianti, and aperitifs will whet your appetite all night long.
